RetroGo Terms of Use (EULA)

Welcome to RetroGo. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
1. License Grant
RetroGo is free software licensed under the GNU General Public License v3.0 (GPLv3). You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to the terms of the GPLv3. You have the right to access, modify, and redistribute the source code in accordance with the license.

2. Content and Copyright
- No ROMs Provided: RetroGo strictly does not include, provide, or distribute any game ROMs, ISOs, BIOS files, or other copyrighted game content.
- User Responsibility: You acknowledge that you legally own any game files you import into the App (e.g., backups of physical cartridges you own). You are solely responsible for the content you import and play.
- Intellectual Property: RetroGo is an independent emulator and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Nintendo, Sony, Sega, or any other console manufacturer. All simulated game titles, images, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
3. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these Terms. Specifically, you agree not to use the App to distribute pirated software or infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
4. In-App Purchases, Subscriptions, and Lifetime Unlock
RetroGo may offer optional Pro features through auto-renewable subscriptions and/or a one-time lifetime unlock. Prices, subscription periods, and available offers are displayed in the App before purchase and may vary by region.
Monthly and yearly subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your App Store account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
If a free trial is offered, the subscription will begin after the trial period unless canceled before the trial ends. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited if you purchase a subscription before the trial expires. Free trial availability is determined by Apple and may be limited to eligible users.
The lifetime unlock is a one-time purchase and does not automatically renew.
When your subscription expires or is cancelled, access to Pro features will be disabled and the App will revert to its free functionality. Your game data and save files are not affected.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time in your App Store account settings. Refund requests and billing issues are handled by Apple according to App Store policies.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR UNINTERRUPTED. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DATA LOSS (INCLUDING SAVE FILES) OR DEVICE ISSUES RESULTING FROM THE USE OF THE APP.
6. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. However, if mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction provide you with greater rights or protections, those local laws shall apply to the extent required.
